Lieutenant Kenneth Singh

He was awarded with the Weight Trophy for leadership ability.
Lieutenant Kenneth Singh was born in Durban, Phoenix on 20 February 1984 in KwaZulu Natal. He attended Greenbury Primary School and later matriculated at the distinguished Greenbury Secondary in 2001.
He has served onboard the Mine Hunter SAS UMKOMAAS in the capacity as a Navigator, Gunnery Officer and Acting First Lieutenant and as 1st Lieutenant on the Inshore Patrol Vessel and has been deployed on various local and international joint exercises and operations on various platforms within the SA Navy.
He went on to join the Youth Foundation Training Program by the Department of Defence and Denel and was selected as president of the student body in 2003. In 2004 he enlisted in the South African Navy and underwent basic military training at SAS SALDANHA in the Western Cape and was thereafter selected to attend the prestigious Naval College in Gordon’s Bay to undergo Military Training for Officers Part 1 in 2005.
