Taking care of your eyes
If you want to learn how to take care of your eyes you can have our own home made eye pack .Take half potion some leaves of murungai keerai and half portion ponanganni keerai in equal. Add some water and make a smooth paste by grinding into a mixture. Take a white cotton wool fabric and cloak it on your face. Make the fabric in such a way that it balances the right way on the eye neighborhoods. Take the paste processed above and use it above and below the eye parts. The liquid from the paste will get into the cotton wool fabric and you’ll sense temperature reduction on your eyes. Just keep it for about a quarter of an hour.
This will assist you by removing the black marks under your eyes and it also gives a cooling effect to your eyes. If you cannot get hold of the leaves you get nallenai ( gingelly oil ) , take a spoon of it and massage below your eyes. This is done by most of the parents to their children.
We can also apply the oil to hair and keep it for ten minutes before bathing. This will lessen the body temperature and it is also good for our eyes.
But don’t let this oil for more than ten minutes especially for new users as it may lead to a cold.
